RETURNS

 

We want you to be delighted with your Free Rhythm product, so if for any reason you wish to exchange or return your order, please contact us at office@Free-Rhythm.com within thirty days of purchase, quoting your order number and we will be more than happy to arrange a replacement product or refund the full amount paid.

Free Rhythm does not cover the cost for return shipping, this is responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@Free-Rhythm.com  and we will take care of your needs immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items marked as used or refurbished cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the items before receiving your credit.
